Buena Vista Trail

Overview

This trail winds through granite boulders and open sequoia forests to reach a stunning overlook of the Redwood Mountain Grove. The trailhead is a small turn off on Generals Hwy, so it is easy to drive right past. Keep an eye out for the pull off! <br><br>The trails is well marked until you get to the top where you have to look for stones and cairns leading the way. The trail leads to a granite boulder peak overlooking the redwood grove below and King's Canyon in the distance. It is a striking view and feels like you should have worked a lot harder for such an amazing panorama.
