Overview
This trail explores the beautiful local forest and meadow ecosystems of Bear Valley, with interpretive signs describing some plants and animals you may see. Head gently uphill through open fields and then into the trees before a mildly steeper downhill deposits you back at the meadow's edge. This short trail begins at the Bear Valley trailhead, at the south end of the Bear Valley Parking Lot and ends at the junction with Morgan Trail, which takes you back eastward to your starting point at the parking lot. Note: bikes are not allowed on this trail.
