Pleasants Ridge Trail

Overview

There's a false trail splitting off to the right about 100 yards in after the start; don't take this and instead make a hard left going uphill. After this, the trail is pretty straightforward following along the ridge for the rest of the way.<br><br>The first section is quite steep and arduous, but that is the worst of it. This first section also has the only significant shade you'll see for the rest of the trail. This is not a super well-used trail, so the brush can get kind of tight towards the end of it. In my opinion, this trail also has better views than the Cold Canyon Trail.
