Parker Lake Trail

Overview

The singletrack trail climbs relatively steeply from the trailhead through chaparral toward Mount Wood, Mount Lewis, and Parker Peak. Off to the east, Mono Lake is visible as the trail continues its mostly exposed climb. You'll start to pass through aspen and pine groves as the grade lessens, then parallel Parker Creek. At approximately 1.7 miles, Parker Bench Trail branches off to the left, but you'll want to continue right. When you arrive at Parker Lake, you'll be treated to scenic views with Mount Wood and Parker Peak as the backdrop.
