"This is a fairly straightforward lollipop loop. In just under two miles, there's a fork and you can go either way as the trail rides about the same in either direction. There is a short stem at the north end as well, but it doesn't currently connect to anything. This is, as the name implies, on the prairie, so there's none of the typical Rocky Mountain Front Range climbs. There are hills, but they're gentle. Unlike the rocky trails to the west, this is all soft dirt/clay, so it's a no-go when wet. But it often provides an opportunity to ride when higher elevation trails are snowed in or icy."
