Overview
This is a broad forested ridge west of Blue Box Pass in the Mt. Hood National Forest. The Blue Box Trail #483 runs along this ridge and down to Clear Lake . North of the actual high point, there's a regenerating clearcut from which you used to be able to get the best view of Mount Hood from just off the trail. As of 2024, the trees had grown much taller and more dense, so it's no longer worthwhile searching for a view.
