Clark Creek Loop Hike

Overview

The relatively new set of trails at Mount Hood Meadows allows for variations on loop hikes on the east side of Mount Hood . This particular loop takes in great views of the Newton Creek canyon and the lush draws of the Clark Creek drainage before descending to the rocky redoubt of Picnic Rock . July and August, when wildflowers are in full bloom, are great months for this loop.
