Cooper Spur Shelter

Overview

The Cooper Spur Shelter is halfway up Cooper Spur , just above the junction of the Tilly Jane Trail with the Timberline Trail. You get great views up the mountain, and of area to the east. The shelter is a stone shelter with metal roof that drips when it rains; it has an open door and a fireplace with chimney. It's big enough for a couple of people. It would be a good shelter in a storm.
