High Glade Road

Overview

The first little bit of this trail is pavement, but the surface soon switches to a gravel road for the duration of the climb. The first 1.5 miles averages 16%. The next 7 miles falls into the 7-8% category followed by a punishing last half mile up around 20%. <br><br>This last section is a lot more rocky and more of a jeep track. The current Strava record stands at 1:20. Pace yourself, soak up the views and enjoy the challenge.
