Kid's Trail

Overview

The Kid's Trail generally runs east/west in Yreka's Greenhorn park with a fun rolling feel. The eastern end of the trail intersects with the Humbug Trail, while the western end of the trail intersects Miners Trail, which splits it from Fool's Gold Trail. From east to west, the Kid's Trail is also intersected by Goat, Oak, Lynn Skinner, Pine, and Assay Way trails. Riding from west to east leads to more descending but it is fun both ways!

Kids Trail is not very technical with some rocks, roots, dips, and tight spaces between trees to maneuver. The trail is mostly fast hardpack but can experience some mud in the wetter months.

Kids Trail is often utilized by hikers, dog walkers, and runners, so be careful.

Have fun!
