Fifteen Mile Trail #456

Overview

This long trail climbs from the east to the west as it climbs up to the Lookout Mountain Trail #450. It's most often ridden as part of the Fifteen Mile Loop, after riders have descended the Cedar Creek Trail #457. It's possible to descend this trail too, but you'll avoid more hike-a-bikes if you are riding the loop by climbing out on the Fifteen Mile Trail.

The pair of trails make for some of the hardest section of singletrack in the 44 Trails Network.

If you decided to ride the eastern portion of this trail, expect the trees to be noticeably thinner and the lack of shade can make for a very hot and dusty climb. This trail is best in the early and late season.
