This trail hugs the eastern side of Dry Canyon Park in Redmond, OR. A return trip can be made up the western side of the canyon, but the trails are less defined, or wider/smoother, or a paved trail through the middle of the canyon gives you an easy out.

The trail is a good intro to simple technical features for beginner riders or, if ridden faster, a good workout/skills builder for someone more advanced. Taking any right-hand branches in the trail will generally give you the more technical line and keep you close to the canyon wall where the rocks are more prevalent.
Fast slalom through the trees to the finish. On Dry Canyon Trail
