If the type of riding in Banner Forest had to be exemplified by a single trail, Capitulate would fit the bill. Offering visitors a great ride in either direction, it's one you shouldn't miss. Along the trail, expect your ability to flat-corner to be tested as you navigate tight-and-twisty turns often peppered with moderately technical, but quite-slippery root gardens. Interestingly, this trail also offers a decent bit of elevation change served up through steep-but-short climbs and fall-line descents. <br><br>About two-thirds of the way through the trail, you'll come to a junction with an access spur that leads to Banner Slough. Capitulate also ends up on Banner Slough, so ignore the spur and stay on Capitulate to milk the trail for all its singletrack goodness. <br><br>Upon reaching the end of the trail, the logical progression, and best singletrack option, is to continue across Banner Slough onto Trepidation.
