The entrance to Swirlz starts on the upper side of Road 3000. The trail switchbacks and turns for some steep but brief elevation gains before leveling out at the top in an attractive forest. Mt. Baker can be glimpsed through the trees here and it makes a nice addition for riders who are paying attention. <br><br>A couple of rooty turns work towards the descent where two optional stump booters get things going on the left. The trail works through the remaining section of trees with a nice flowly-feel and some small jumps to keep things exciting.
