Whoopsie Woodle

Overview

Whoopsie Woodle provides a fun jaunt through the woods. Close vegetation and the occasional root keeps things exciting on this classic singletrack. The majority of Whoopsie Woodle isn't too technically challenging, but the last run out has some interesting root sections that might catch you unaware.

Whoopsie Woodle presents a little bit of climbing throughout, but fortunately nothing too taxing. That being said, the undulating trail can make it difficult to maintain good momentum without constant pedaling to keep the flow.

The end of the trail feeds out onto RD 2300. Head to the right and choose between descending on the Lair of the Bear or making a short but steep climb along the road that will drop down to Atomic Dog. Just make sure not to go left past Lair of the Bear as this follows a reclaimed logging road that leads down to Samish Way via an overgrown and undetermined route.
