The Noble Knob Trail is almost exclusively used to connect to the Deep Creek Trail or the Ranger Creek Trail #1197 via the Dalles Ridge Trail #1173.

From the Corral Pass Trailhead, the trail moves into the trees along mellow, winding singletrack and the occasional road-trace. A steep climb on the other side of a small saddle is a nice spot to enjoy the surrounding landscape if you decide to hike-a-bike to the top. Just ahead, a notable bend in the trail is a great viewpoint on clear days.

A little more climbing brings the Deep Creek Trail intersection into sight. From there, the narrow trail continues to a short ridgeline descent that meets up with the intersection of the Dalles Ridge Trail, which will bring riders to the Ranger Creek Trail and Palisades Trail.

If you do decide to proceed along the Noble Knob Trail, you'll follow on and below the ridgeline as it heads back into the trees and crosses a series of old logging roads before ending near Road 7222-410. There is a long and steep descent to contend with at one point.
With Rainer as a background, it's hard not to get stoked!
