The Mukilteo Dog Park Climb is the most direct route to access the other trails on the west side of the gulch it is not the easiest option, though. The narrow singletrack climbs beneath a very agreeable deciduous forest. Along the way, the trail makes plenty of undulations and features a few boardwalks and several steep sections.\n\nMost of the trail is intermediate in nature, but a few exposed sections and boardwalks can make things more challenging. In particular, there is a steep staircase with a built-in bike ramp. The ramp is designed to aide in pushing a bike and should not be ridden in either direction. A final steep climb mellows at the top as the Mukileto Dog Park Climb feeds into other trails.\n\nWhen riding down, be extra cautious as this trail is frequented by hikers, and its steep side slopes prevent easy passing.
