Lost Sole is a little off the beaten path so it doesn't see a lot of traffic. It can be ridden in either direction, but it's more fun as a descent away from Oly. There's flow to be found, but some tight spots and a generally narrow corridor will make you work for it. Watch your toes and cranks as there are some stumps lurking in the ferns.
